Rational Realty, LLC has taken an evolving and rational approach to the changing local real estate market of today.

Every real estate market is different, just as every buyer and seller need is different.  We pride ourselves in taking the time and care to understand each of our client's individual real estate requirements and then make it our goal to assist in a stress-free manner.

We never charge a transaction or administration fee.  We also don't request, nor do we require buyers to sign an exclusive buyer brokerage agreement.

We do offer Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) valuations for our clients and customers at no charge.  We are also happy to provide CMAs for use as a 2nd opinion on the market value of your property for a nominal fee.
